I know many of you don’t know me or remember me, but I was around back in the Sick Cycle forum days. I see Shawn is still here…if that is the same Shawn lol.
I want to talk about so much stuff that is going on about Lifehouse. First thing is first, I did go to the LA performance this past Tuesday (Nov 11).
The Diff’s Lucky Day vinyl was sold there. $100 gets you 11 tracks. ‘Revolution Cry’ was NOT on there. I guess they couldn’t fit the song?
I asked Jason if he was planning on releasing a CD version and he said that was most likely not going to happen, but added he will do a digital release with bonus tracks. He even specified that ‘The Edge’ will be one of the bonus tracks! So I hope since the vinyl didn’t have ‘Revolution Cry,’ the bonus tracks will include that as well.
I had already left the meet and greet to go sit when I saw that the vinyl didn’t have the last song. So I didn’t get to ask why that was. Has to be because of space. I also didn’t ask if ‘The Edge’ would be a remaster like the others or a reImagine. I hope it’s a remaster because we only have that ONE copy of it lol

Glad to have you on the new boards though. There’s a few long time fans on here from the OG LHF days and Sick Cycle days. Not as active but things perk up around tours and releases.
Any chance you can post some pictures of the vinyl? Are lyrics included? I’m really surprised RC wasn’t included, especially for the price. A little disappointing if I’m being honest. Any chance the track was just omitted from the listing?
How was the show itself? Did they play any of the old Blyss tracks?

Yeah I can post what I took at that moment. I live on the west coast now (CA), and as of this moment I am in PA visiting my parents up until the new year. But I know my friend who I was with took the pics of the vinyl when we were there. So if there’s glare, I apologize.
With how much it cost and the fact I have the og DLD album, I will never open this vinyl. I am not even a vinyl guy, but I am a physical collector, so if that’s the only way to get a remaster of DLD, I had to cave and buy it. Jay really didn’t seem to have any hope for a CD release. Bummed me out.
The show was amazing though. They actually didn’t play any old Blyss tracks. Not even a medley of The Edge with Joshua. But they did play a LOT.
