That is very exciting news! I’m glad he’s still recording this and I’m even more excited that he’s going back to the original title - very cool! I wonder if the track will change to be more of his original vision for it.

Great work on the site today @shawn.
I was just looking through the lyrics to the Time Machine demos, and in Time To Let It Go I think the missing words are “and lead me home”
Also, instead of “I left this broken on the ground” I’m thinking it could possibly be “a life that’s broken on the ground” as that would make more sense.
I’m so glad we finally have the lyrics to Dragonflies. The vocal effects never bothered me like they did some people, but I’m just a super curious person so it feels good to know. Definitely one of my top ten favorite Lifehouse songs…
Speaking of, what if we made an official LHfans YouTube channel, that way we could maybe draw more people to the site? And we could post a lyrics video of Dragonflies for all the poor souls who refused to give the song a chance. But I guess there wouldn’t really be much use for it since Lifehouse isn’t active.

Thanks @peppermint! Lyrics updated for Time To Let It Go. I also didn’t mind the effects necessarily, but I didn’t like how buried the vocals were beneath them. Definitely glad we have the lyrics - they are beautiful!
I think a LifehouseFans YouTube channel would be a pretty good idea, but I’m not familiar with the legality of posting content. I’ll look into this though. It would be a great way of promoting the community here and hopefully boost activity.
Robert had sent out an email notification to all of the users on the old lh-bsides community and we did get a few that joined but I’m sure emails have changed, people lose interest, etc. Would love to get the word out though!

Has anyone else heard this release yet? The demo for H2O… prettier than the produced version that made the album in my opinion. I think the guitar makes it much warmer.

Agreed! I enjoyed this version much more than the album version. I could never enjoy it due to the overdone production and the deep inhales really turned me off that track lol
